Payment Methods: We kindly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Personal Checks. Please allow up to 14 days for payment to clear if you are sending a personal check and email us for a payment address.
Credit Card Security: Your security is very important to us. Your credit card numbers are never stored in any of our records and all transactions occur within a 100% secure website. Unlike most competitors, we use the most trusted name in payment processing (Verisign) to process your orders. In addition, you are protected from your credit card company in the case of a fradulent transaction with any purchase including those made here.
All orders will verify the correct billing address, so please enter the billing address exactly as it is shown on your statement.
Return Policy:
Tires: Unless otherwise noted, once mounted, tires CANNOT be returned.
Brake Products: All UNOPENED items may be returned, subject to a restocking fee of no more than 15% of the purchase price.
As of 7/22/03, ALL HID kits sales are FINAL.
All items follow a 30 day return policy. We will accept returns, subject to a 10% restocking fee if the item is in new and unused, unopened condition.
Electrical items, Xenarc kits, and OEM projector kits are NOT returnable.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable. A company check will be issued for the credit.
Important Note:
A RMA # needs to be issued before anything is sent back. Unauthorized shipments and returns without RMA numbers WILL be sent back to the sender at their expense and may incur refund delays.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance Information: We charge a very competitive rate for shipping, handling and insurance. Most items are shipped within 1 business day via UPS Ground. After that, delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally 3-4 business days is a good estimate. Due to the lack of custom broker choices, we use FedEx or USPS to ship to Canada. Actual shipping charges will be reflected in your shopping cart.
